Pricing and Guarantees

Direct-Hire Pricing:

As a Qualified Creative client, you will only incur billing if and when a Qualified Creatives recommended talent is hired. Client consultations and talent searches are completed free of charge. Qualified Creatives pricing for fulltime placements is 10% of the position´s first year annual salary or $10,000, whichever is less. This pricing structure offers you significant savings over comparable staffing services, plus the added benefit of knowing up front exactly what the service will cost.

Direct-Hire Guarantee:

We guarantee our fulltime placements for 16 weeks from the date an individual goes on your payroll. If a Qualified Creatives fulltime hire leaves your employment for any reason during the guarantee period, a pro-rated portion of the placement fee (based on time worked) will be refunded or applied toward a replacement candidate, at your discretion.

Freelance to Fulltime Pricing:

As a Qualified Creative client, you will only incur billing if and when a Qualified Creatives recommended talent is chosen for a freelance trial and work begins. Client consultations and talent recommendations are completed free of charge. All inclusive hourly rates for freelance-to-fulltime trials are disclosed to and approved by clients in writing when talents are recommended.

Should you choose to bring on a freelance talent as a fulltime hire, any fees charged above the talent´s pay will be deducted from the fulltime placement fee (10% of your position’s first year annual salary or $10,000, whichever is less).

Freelance-to-Fulltime Guarantee:

The first day of any freelance trial is guaranteed 100%. As a Qualified Creatives client, you have the opportunity to run candidates through a full day "on the job" – risk free. In the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied, we will not bill you for the day´s services and will offer replacement options at no additional charge.

If fulltime employment is offered and accepted, our Direct-Hire guarantee begins the day the candidate starts on your payroll. If a Qualified Creatives fulltime hire leaves your employment for any reason during the guarantee period, a pro-rated portion of the placement fee (based on time worked) will be refunded or applied toward a replacement candidate, at your discretion.

Freelance Pricing:

All inclusive hourly rates for freelance assignments are disclosed to and approved by clients in writing when talents are recommended. These rates are based on the talent´s hourly rate for the service requested and vary based on the skill level required and nature of work to be performed.

Freelance Guarantee:

As a Qualified Creatives client, you have the opportunity to run candidates through a full day "on the job" – risk free. In the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied, we will not bill you for the days services and will offer replacement options at no additional charge.

Active Client Guarantee:

Our professional practices dictate that we will NOT REPRESENT OUR CLIENTS EMPLOYEES unless a qualifying situation (i.e., impending layoff, termination or relocation) has occurred and written client authorization is provided.
